Half-year sales up 15% to € 5 million

Noisy-le-Grand, 25 july 2007 - Staff&Line, a leading IT management company in Europe, reported sales of 5 million euros in the first half-year 2007 (1st January to 30rd June), up 15% compared with the 1st half-year 2006.

These sales resulted from first quarter sales that are in line with objectives (+31% compared with the 1st quarter 2006) and a second quarter characterised by a significant order book gap. 2nd quarter sales 2007 thus amounted to 2.4 million euros, identical to sales for the same period last year.

Indeed, several orders for the end of June were put back, without being lost, following delayed decisions, in particular in France and Portugal, in the public sector, due to the elections held in the two countries.

However, clients and prospects have confirmed the attractiveness of the EasyVista offer in an expanding market due to the new norms (ISO 20 000, ITIL v3), the concepts and recommendations of which have been incorporated into the new EasyVista version 2007.

For example, the Spanish subsidiary recorded a 50% rise in sales in the 1st half-year 2007. This success is the fruit of the company’s successful incorporation thanks to a team that has not changed for more than one year and a dynamic sales policy. This subsidiary has 25 clients using EasyVista, including the Chamber of Commerce in Madrid and the Caixa Geral bank. It is the first subsidiary to demonstrate Staff&Line’s growth concept.

However, in the English subsidiary, which was incorporated only 8 months ago, training and transfers of skills are still required for their teams to be fully incorporated. They are under the responsibility of Grégory Lefort who recently joined the group.

Outlook 2007

The usual seasonal nature of the company’s business was all the more pronounced this year as was shown by the trend in sales in the first two quarters.

This phenomenon, specific to the Staff&Line’s economic model as a software publisher, had an impact on the first half-year’s results, which, as each year, are not representative of the full year’s activity.

However, in light of the number and size of projects currently existing, the company believes its objective of 30% annual sales growth for 2007 is realistic.
