Based on our experience of developing hundreds of projects of all sizes across a variety of sectors, our consultants or certified partners will provide you with a quick deployment process.
Depending on your needs, objectives, level of involvement, and also on the available capacity of your teams, we will provide you with a customized delivery, either a turnkey project or skills-transfer package, which ensures quick results.
How is the project implemented?
Project implementation starts with basic training of the project team in EasyVista concepts, to ensure efficient communication among the various participants.
Modular implementation is the preferred method. This approach ensures fast, staged installation complying with previously stated deadlines.
There are four stages necessary for each module:
1) Design: analyzing the existing infrastructure and describing the target system. A standard document library for each process enables your needs to be specified within a few days, with respect to our standards.
2) Parameter setting: this is a unified process which allows us to adapt the EasyVista configuration to your requirements, easily and quickly, without having to write new code. For example, a process described in the previous stage will be implemented in a few minutes, using EasyVista’s dedicated workflow system.
3) Identifying data sources for integration: this is a phase whose importance in the implementation process is often underestimated. Our expertise, together with powerful integration tools available in a range of technologies and compatible with the main tools on the market, allows us to put these integrations into place quickly.(EasyVista Connect)
4) Starting production: this will follow a test and takeover phase by your teams. This phase is speeded up because EasyVista is simple to adopt, particularly because of the hundreds of wizards that ensure it is used in accordance with the defined procedures, and with no risk of mistakes, without significant training necessary.
