Sylvain Gauthier, Chief Executive Officer

Sylvain Gauthier is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Dijon. In 1979, he founded Vibel, a company specializing in children’s furnishings, which is now present in 12 countries. In 1986, he switched to the technology industry, offering IT consultancy to major companies. In 1988, he formed Staff&Line with Jamal Labed with the company specializing in IT services. Four years later, it became a technology Asset Management specialist. In 1999, the success of the company was recognized when Sylvain Gauthier and Jamal Labed received the Nef d’Or award from the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Staff&Line’s achievements.

Jamal Labed, Chief Operating Officer

As a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen, Jamal Labed created the SIGHT International group in 1987, a micro-computer training company, with offices in France, Portugal, Morocco and Spain. After selling the company in 1990, Jamal Labed founded Echo Soft Technologies, specializing in optimization tools for Oracle RDBM, which was sold two years later to Platinum Technology, now called Computer Associates. He now spends all his time with Staff&Line which he formed in 1988 with Sylvain Gauthier.

Evan Carlson, VP, Sales USA

Evan Carlson has more than seven years experience in selling high-tech IT solutions and services.  He has worked in a variety of managerial roles for high profile companies including OPNET, Optinuity, Appear Networks, and Visual Networks. He has a B.A in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and also completed an International Business course at the American InterContinental University in London, England.

Jon Ryman, VP, ITSM Solutions

Having joined Staff&Line in 2006 as UK Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, Jon Ryman has recently been appointed as VP ITSM Solutions. Prior to Staff&Line he held various consulting, Business Development and Pre-Sales positions at a number of high profile companies in the IT, software and oil sectors including: Peregrine Systems, Devoteam Tertio, Richmond Systems, fPrint (UK) Ltd and BP Oil (UK) Ltd.

Gregory Lefort, VP, Marketing & Business Development

With a diploma from the ESSEC group and SJSU, CA, Grégory Lefort has held various business management positions for Staff&Line and currently manages its Marketing and Sales teams. Greg and his team are tasked at driving Business Development, Corporate Marketing, and managing the global partner network on all continents. Prior to being at Staff&Line he has worked in the USA and in both Southern and Northern Europe for Orsyp, Thales Training & Simulation and Microsoft.

Tanja Otte-Tillet, Director of Field Marketing

As a specialist in marketing with an international coverage, Tanja Otte-Tillet executes the group’s marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with the Sales Division and the Board. Before joining Staff&Line, she worked in various marketing positions in industry and CAD/CAM software publishing. She is a graduate of both ESC La Rochelle and FH Dortmund.

Philippe Franck, VP, Product Strategy

A graduate of the Ecole de Commerce, Bordeaux, Philippe Franck is Staff&Line’s Product Manager and has guided software development for the company for the past14 years. He was previously a consultant for the implementation of Service Desk, Asset Management and for key accounts.

Gildas Leroy, VP, Sales Europe

Having graduated from the Ecole d’Ingénieurs ESEO in Angers, Gildas Leroy started his career with Object Design. In September 1999, he joined Staff&Line as Pre-Sales Manager. Appointed Business Development Manager in 2002, Gildas Leroy is now Vice-President Sales Europe.

Paolo Magalhaes, Country Manager, Portugal

Country Manager for Portugal, Paolo Magalhães studied at the University of Minho and began working in the IT sector in 2002.

Eduardo Martinez, Country Manager, Spain

As country manager for Staff&Line Spain, Eduardo Martínez is responsible for sales and service operations in this country. He has more than 12 years experience in the IT sector.

Michele Tajè, Country Manager, Italy

Michele Tajè has 14 years experience in IT Management, gained from a number of Italian companies. Michele is an engineer graduate of the Milan Polytechnic University.
