Since it was created, the ITIL repository has expanded considerably to the point where now no Service Management project can be planned without setting up the associated processes.
Some organizations can therefore feel overwhelmed by the complexity of the latest versions of the repository, and can be somewhat lacking in practical terms when the project starts up.
For this reason, in order to facilitate the implementation of ITIL processes with our clients, we decided to formalize an ‘Easy-ITIL’ approach. This was based on EasyVista, an ITIL v3 certified compatible solution, and also on our experience, which capitalizes on the implementation of hundreds of client projects who have chosen ITIL v2 or v3.
