All Staff&Line consultants are ITIL certified. This is a guarantee of compliance for the delivery of the EasyVista solution and ITIL recommendations.
After the initial set-up
The Third Party Application Management contract allows you to ensure EasyVista’s durability of operation. This annual contract covers a number of services: regular meetings with a dedicated consultant, migration support, and a technical and functional audit of your application.
