  • One major version per year with several hundred new features, to ensure it remains at the cutting edge of technology (ITIL, ISO, etc.) making life easier for our customers
  • One minor version per year with minor functional changes, new implementation models (reports, workflows), improved performance, etc.

Powerful Customization

EasyVista.com offers powerful customization functions (modifications to interface, workflows, data model, creation of specific reports, etc.) so that the software matches your needs perfectly, and can evolve with your organization.

Customization is easy to do with the EasyVista Studio module, with no need to write code, and are stored in a configuration database which is preserved during the version upgrade process.

Unlike most competing solutions, designed as tool boxes, EasyVista.com has been designed to retain existing customization during version upgrades.

Fully transparent upgrades and updates

With EasyVista.com, there are no more expensive migration operations that result in downtime or a break in service. We take care of everything.

On average, new versions are available:

  • In a few seconds for a hotfix
  • In fewer than 10 minutes for a minor version (once a year)
  • In fewer than 30 minutes for a major version (once a year)

These scheduled updates are designed to cause as little disturbance to production as possible. We have carried out this kind of upgrades and hot fixes several hundred times in the last 10 years.
